This is normal. ClickBank is the authorised payment processor and retailer of record for all The Deep Reset purchases. All charges on your statement will appear as "CLK*BANK" or "ClickBank," not as "The Deep Reset" or "Altruistic Pte Ltd."

I'm having trouble playing the audio files. What should I do?

Our audio files are delivered in standard digital formats compatible with most modern devices. If you're experiencing playback issues, please try: (1) downloading the files to your device rather than streaming, (2) using a different media player or browser, (3) ensuring your headphones or speakers are functioning correctly. Can I share my purchase with family or friends?

Your purchase includes a personal, non-transferable licence for your individual use only. Sharing or distributing the audio files to others is not permitted under our Terms & Conditions. If others in your household wish to use the products, they would need to purchase their own licence.
