The Deep Reset is operated by Altruistic Pte Ltd. Our products are sold through ClickBank (Click Sales Inc.), who serves as the authorised retailer of record for all purchases. This means all payments, billing, and refunds are processed by ClickBank, not directly by us. Please read this policy carefully to understand exactly how refunds work.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all products. This guarantee is subject to ClickBank's approval as the retailer of record. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 90 days of the original purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund.

Important note regarding ClickBank's policies: ClickBank's standard refund window is 60 days. Our 90-day guarantee extends beyond this window and has been established with ClickBank's written consent. Regardless of our extended guarantee, ClickBank also retains the right, at its discretion, to process returns within its own standard 60-day window for any reason it deems appropriate in accordance with its Return and Cancellation Policy.

Our guarantee covers:

  • All initial product purchases
  • Any upsell or add-on products purchased during the same transaction flow
  • The full purchase amount — no partial refunds, no restocking fees

2. How to Request a Refund

Because ClickBank is our payment processor and retailer of record, all refund requests must be submitted through ClickBank's customer support system. We do not process refunds directly.

Locate your order details

Find the confirmation email from ClickBank (subject line: "CLKBANK Receipt for Order #..."). Your order number is contained in this email and begins with a series of letters and numbers.

Submit your refund request to ClickBank

Visit www.clkbank.com and click "Order Support." Enter your order number and email address to access your order and submit a return request. You can also look up your order at www.clkbank.com/orderLookup.

Allow processing time

ClickBank will create a support ticket and typically process approved refunds within 24 hours of the request being submitted, including weekends. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Allow 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date
  • The request is submitted through ClickBank's official customer support portal

Requests after 90 days: If your request falls outside the 90-day guarantee window, ClickBank may not be able to process the refund through their automated system. In this case, please contact us at support@mail.thedeepreset.com and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

PayPal purchases: If you paid using PayPal through ClickBank's checkout, please note that PayPal's buyer protection policy allows disputes for up to 180 days. For PayPal-related refund queries, please contact ClickBank directly.

We do not require you to provide a reason for your refund request, delete the product, or fulfil any additional requirements to be eligible within the guarantee period.

4. Chargebacks

A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge directly with their bank or card issuer, rather than requesting a refund through ClickBank. We strongly encourage customers to contact ClickBank directly before initiating a chargeback, as our 90-day guarantee provides a straightforward refund process.

Initiating a chargeback rather than following the standard refund process may result in delays in resolution and may affect your ability to access our products or purchase in the future. Fraudulent chargebacks are violations of ClickBank's policies and applicable law.

5. Digital Product Notice

As all our products are delivered digitally, no physical return is necessary or required to receive a refund. You are purchasing a licence to access digital audio files, not a physical product.

Our commitment to your satisfaction is genuine and unconditional within the guarantee period. The existence of our refund guarantee should not deter you from requesting one if you are not satisfied — that is exactly what it is there for.
